The JURA E8 prepares 17 coffee specialties at the touch of a button, from intense espressos to beverages topped with milk foam. Its P.A.G.2 grinder, eighth-generation 3D brewing unit, and Pulse Extraction Process help optimize grinding, extraction, and aroma development in every cup.
The E8 can prepare espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo, espresso doppio, cortado, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, a portion of milk foam, and hot water. It can also prepare two espressos or two coffees simultaneously, while the Extra Shot function adds intensity to certain milk-based specialties.
The P.A.G.2 grinder precisely grinds the beans before each preparation. The grind consistency can be adjusted to seven levels using an ergonomic selector, while its rest mode between uses helps preserve the mechanism and maintain consistent results over time.
The variable brewing unit can hold from 5 to 16 g of ground coffee depending on the selected beverage. The P.E.P. Pulse Extraction Process optimizes extraction time for short specialties, while the eighth-generation 3D brewing unit promotes an even flow of water through the ground coffee.
The 3.5-inch colour display and six buttons make it easy to navigate beverages and settings. Specialties can be customized and repositioned on the screen according to preference, while the Cockpit centralizes important information related to operation and maintenance.
The amount of water, coffee strength, grind consistency, brewing temperature, and amount of milk or milk foam can be adjusted. Ten strength levels, three brewing temperatures, and three hot-water temperatures make it easy to customize beverages to individual tastes.
The HP3 milk system with interchangeable CX3 spout automatically prepares cappuccinos, flat whites, latte macchiatos, and other milk-based beverages. The height-adjustable spout accommodates cups or glasses up to 6 inches tall.
The One-Touch function automatically starts the milk system cleaning process at the touch of a button. Integrated programs also handle rinsing, cleaning, and descaling, while the machine monitors the drip tray.
The CLARIS Smart+ filter cartridge is automatically detected by the machine. It communicates information related to its use and indicates when replacement is required, helping maintain water quality and reduce limescale buildup.
Connection to a home network allows the J.O.E. app to be used on a compatible mobile device. Beverages can be customized and prepared remotely, while certain settings and usage information remain easily accessible.
